The Foundation collects and processes personal data about individuals who apply for college scholarship grants.

This policy explains how and why we collect personal data.

Personal Data in Connection with Clients

Personal information including name, contact information, education information, work history, and record of community volunteerism.

The Foundation collects and uses this information to facilitate review and approval of scholarship grant applications. For example, the Foundation uses contact details to send communications about applicant information and payment of scholarship grants. You can update your communication preferences by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page or contacting us at delorenzoscholarship@nutter.com.

Under some circumstances, the Foundation collects personal data based on your consent. In those circumstances, the Foundation will make it clear to you in advance that it is relying on you consent, such as when you sign up to receive text messages from the Foundation.
