Applicants must be legal residents of the Town of Arlington, Massachusetts;

AND

Applicants must be high school seniors who have applied to attend post-secondary educational institutions for the upcoming academic year.

Past scholarship winners who continue their enrollment in post-secondary educational institutions are eligible to re-apply.

Before payment of any scholarship award, scholarship winners must provide evidence of admission or enrollment in  post-secondary educational institutions.
